I’ve worn many hats — and walked in the shoes of the people I now coach.

For over 25 years, I’ve helped clients grow and perform at higher business levels—not just through strategy but also through mindset, leadership, and structure.

My own career has spanned many roles: engineer, academic researcher, R&D leader, strategy consultant, career coach, interim executive, and now business coach.

That journey has taken me across cultures and boardrooms in North America, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. What I’ve learned is simple: The challenges are real, but so is the freedom—if you design for them.

I hold a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from Queen’s University, an MBA from Oxford University, and an Honours BSc in Computer Science, Math, and Philosophy from the University of Toronto.

I’m also:

A certified senior business and leadership coach with FocalPoint International
Trained in Business & Personal Coaching (Barefoot Coaching) and Team Coaching (Academy of Executive Coaching)

For the past 15 years, I’ve also been a career coach at Oxford’s Saïd Business School — supporting graduate students, alumni, and their small businesses.
